These terms govern your use of homemodel.net. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What we provide

HomeModel is a free matching service. We help homeowners describe a project or insurance need and connect them with independent contractors, licensed insurance agents and companies, or websites. We don't perform home improvement work, sell insurance or provide quotes, and we don't endorse or guarantee any partner, price, product or result.

2. Estimates and information

Cost ranges, roof-age guidance and articles are general information for planning. They aren't offers, quotes, or professional, insurance or legal advice.

3. Consent to be contacted

If you check the consent box and submit a request, you agree that HomeModel and the companies named in the disclosure may contact you as described there, including by automated calls and texts and AI or prerecorded voice. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means; see Do Not Call & Unsubscribe. You confirm that the phone number you provide is yours.

4. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, use the site only for your own home or one you're authorized to act for, and don't submit someone else's information.

5. Third-party sites and partners

Sponsored links take you to sites we don't control. Your dealings with partners and advertisers are between you and them.

6. The AI assistant

Our chat is automated and can make mistakes. Don't rely on it for safety, legal or insurance decisions; confirm details with the professional you hire.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of partners. Our total liability won't exceed $100.

8. Disputes and arbitration

Except for small-claims cases, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration, not class actions or jury trials. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the site by emailing privacy@homemodel.net.

We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
